Juan Sebastian Molano joins Lotto-Intermarche

Juan Sebastian Molano will leave UAE Team Emirates-XRG after eight seasons and join Lotto-Intermarche in 2027. The 31-year-old Colombian has signed a two-year contract with the Belgian WorldTour team, keeping him there through the end of 2028.

Molano arrives as an experienced sprinter with wins at the Vuelta a Espana, UAE Tour, Grand Prix de Denain and Classic Brugge-De Panne. His only victory of the 2026 season came on the opening stage of the Tour of Oman.

The move should give Molano more opportunities to race as the team's designated sprinter. He has also identified making his Tour de France debut as one of the main goals of this new stage of his career.
