Nina Berton steals Pointe du Raz victory in final metres

Nina Berton won the 129.5-kilometre Pointe du Raz Ladies Classic by catching Paula Blasi and Célia Gery in the final 50 metres. The Luxembourg time-trial champion launched a long effort from the chase group and claimed her second victory of the season for EF Education-Oatly.

Blasi and Gery had emerged from a late three-rider move with Rosita Reijnhout and entered the final kilometre still ahead. Berton closed the gap just before the line and won in 3:30:39. Blasi finished second, Gery third and Sarah Van Dam fourth.
